About VISAXS
VISAXS is an independent reference for visa requirements and passport rankings. We aggregate and structure publicly available data on the visa policies of nearly 200 countries, so any traveller can answer the one question that matters in seconds: do you need a visa, and on what terms.
Why we build it
Visa information is scattered across dozens of embassy sites, outdated forums and paywalled services. We wanted a fast, honest and free tool: no sign-up, no fabricated data, no intrusive ads. We do not process visas or charge for them — we surface the requirements and point you to the official sources.
Who is behind it
Where the data comes from
We rely on open visa-policy datasets (including IATA/Timatic-grade sources), official immigration authority websites and embassy communications. Visa rules change often, so the final word always belongs to the official source — see our disclaimer and terms of service.
How we make money
The service is free. It is supported by affiliate links (booking, insurance, visa assistance) — if you buy through them we earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. It never affects the requirements we show.
